Equation Properties are delighted to welcome Robin Vaughan to the team as Development Director as of May 2021.
Robin has over 20 years real estate experience and after graduating he started his career at Whitbread in the leased pub business and has subsequently been involved in town centre regeneration, office/R&D and logistics/warehouse development around the UK in his time with Kier and St Modwen. Following a short stint at CBRE in the masterplanning and strategic sites team, Robin spent 5 years working at the US REIT Liberty Property Trust based in the UK, responsible for growing the logistics/warehouse development pipeline nationally.
Prior to joining Equation Properties, Robin was responsible for running two major mixed-use masterplan projects at The Crown Estate totalling over 1,000 acres, 3,000 homes, 2m sq ft of logistics/warehouse space, 1m sq ft of other commercial uses and all associated social infrastructure. Robin has extensive experience in planning, development and project management of complex mixed-use, office and warehouse/logistics development.
