Following acquisition of the site in May 2021, detailed planning consent has now been secured (August 2021) and a main contractor is due to be appointed imminently.
The site spans 5 acres and will consist of a single unit to let, extending to 121,804 sq ft. Construction is expected to commence on-site in October 2021 with practical completion due in Q2 2022.
Endeavour Point will be developed to the highest specification with outstanding sustainability credentials of BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A ratings. It will also include features such as 20 per cent EV charging points, renewable power sources, sustainably sourced materials and enhanced cladding systems.
