2022 was another successful year for Equation Properties, one that was underpinned by sustained growth.
During the year we delivered over 1.4m SQ FT of space within our existing portfolio. Through the acquisition of 4 new development sites we expanded our portfolio floor area by 17% to 6.87m SQ FT and our portfolio gross value by 28% to £1.33bn.
We’d like to thank all those involved with our activities in 2022 and we look forward to carrying the momentum into 2023.
