Equation Properties are pleased to announce that detailed planning permission has been granted for Orwell Logistics Park and construction is commencing on site in November 2021.
Orwell Logistics Park is a new speculative industrial/distribution development totalling over 1m SQ FT located in Felixstowe, Suffolk. The scheme is strategically located on the doorstep of the Port of Felixstowe, the UK’s busiest container port.
The scheme will be developed to the highest specification with outstanding sustainability credentials to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A. It will also include features such as 20 per cent EV charging points, renewable power sources, sustainably sourced materials and enhanced systems that allow the facilities to be temperature controlled.
