The catalyst for the new partnership was the mutual desire of both parties to intensify and expand Equation’s programme of development. Nurton Developments are to commit additional working capital to the business to facilitate this objective, and provide greater financial firepower in an already highly competitive industry.
Nurton Developments are an active force in the strategic land and land promotion market, promoting several sites through local plans and obtaining planning consents for large residential and commercial schemes. Involving Equation in these strategic opportunities in their traditional Development Manager role, is a powerful example of the synergy possible in our new partnership.
