In conjunction with Nurton Developments (Quintus), Quintus at Branston Locks (Phase 1) is a new industrial/distribution development situated in Burton-upon-Trent, which has been forward sold to Cabot Properties, Inc. The development site is positioned fronting the A38 on the junction in Burton-on-Trent, coming onto the Lichfield Road. The A38 is the dual carriageway which connects Burton to Derby 5 miles North, and to Lichfield and the M6 (Toll) 7 miles South.
The scheme will consist of three speculatively developed industrial/distribution units ranging from 58,850-100,300 SQ FT and totalling 234,150 SQ FT, available from Q4 2021. The facility will be developed to an institutional grade specification with sustainability credentials to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A.
