Equation Properties are thrilled to welcome Martin Scambler to the team as Senior Construction Executive as of October 2021.
Martin has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, starting in Civil & Structural design and progressing into Project Management. He initially worked for Client-side project management companies in Birmingham, gaining an MSc in Construction Project Management before joining Rosemound in 2006, which was subsequently purchased by Goodman in 2007.
Prior to joining Equation Properties, Martin spent 12 years delivering infrastructure and industrial warehouse schemes at Goodman, then joined St Francis Group as Construction Director in 2019. Martin joined Equation Properties in October 2021 with the intention to utilise his wealth of construction knowledge in the industrial logistics to aid Equation Properties to deliver its ever-growing development pipeline.
