The project is developed in conjunction with Sheikh Holdings and ICG Longbow and is a 28-acre industrial and distribution scheme located within the M25 containing ambient and temperature-controlled space across five warehouses and one standalone office.
The site strategically fronts the A13, providing dual carriageway access to Central London and the M25. Following an extensive refurbishment and demolition of a unit the scheme was let entirely upon completion, the letting subsequently won deal of the year in the IAS awards.
