A.F. Blakemore & Son has completed the pre-let on a 20-year lease for a new 164,850 SQ FT built-to-suit ambient, chilled and frozen warehouse as part of its national expansion plans, which will create more than 200 new jobs in the Oxford to Cambridge Growth Corridor.
A.F. Blakemore is due to take occupancy in Q2 2021. The project is developed in conjunction with Barwood Capital and British Airways Pension Trustees.
