In conjunction with BGO, Signia Park Didcot is a new industrial/distribution development located in Didcot, Oxfordshire. Extending to 54 acres, the site is able deliver flexible unit sizes of up to 400,000 sq ft. The scheme will deliver space to a market where sustained occupier demand has consistently outstripped the supply of new, highly-specified logistics accommodation, and where the limited availability of consented development land continues to constrain delivery.
The site occupies a strategic position on the A34 corridor, the principal north–south freight route connecting the Midlands and the south coast ports, with ready access to the M4 and M40 and to the established occupier markets of Oxford, Didcot, Reading and Newbury. The location combines national distribution reach with access to a deep and well-skilled regional labour pool, and is well placed to serve the region.
Infrastructure enabling works are due to commence in Q4 2026, with Winvic Construction appointed as contractor. Outline Planning Consent has been secured for the scheme.
