Our process begins with reviewing a particular site’s feasibility, taking into account the location, planning, costs and deliverability. If these elements yield satisfactory results, we endeavour to secure the site and deploy our skills to create a high-quality industrial development.

Another core skill is our substantial experience in delivering pre-let design and build facilities for occupiers. Whether this is in sites already within our control, or identifying new sites based specifically on the tenant’s requirements.

Although it is still early in the Coopers Fire occupation of the building and there have been a few life changing events since mid-March I am glad to say that there is a real “buzz” at Ignis House and pride around the new facility.
