In conjunction with Nurton Developments (Quintus), Quintus at Branston Locks (Phase 1) is a new industrial/distribution development situated in Burton-upon-Trent which has been forward sold to Cabot Properties. The development site is positioned fronting the A38 on the junction in Burton-on-Trent, coming onto the Lichfield Road. The A38 is the dual carriageway which connects Burton to Derby 5 miles North, and to Lichfield and the M6 (Toll) 7 miles South. The scheme consists of three speculatively developed industrial/distribution units ranging from 58,850-100,300 SQ FT and totalling 234,150 SQ FT. The scheme was developed to an institutional grade specification with sustainability credentials to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A.
