In conjunction with Nurton Developments (Quintus), Quintus at Branston Locks (Phase 1) is a new industrial/distribution development situated in Burton-upon-Trent which has been forward sold to Cabot Properties. The development site is positioned fronting the A38 on the junction in Burton-on-Trent, coming onto the Lichfield Road. The A38 is the dual carriageway which connects Burton to Derby 5 miles North, and to Lichfield and the M6 (Toll) 7 miles South.
